Who we are
The innovation and technology ministry is one of the 19 ministerial offices re-organize in a new manner by being accountable to the office of the prime minister after duly established as per Article 55 Sub Article 1 of the FDRE Proclamation No. 1097/2018.

የተቀናጀ የተፋሰስ ልማትን መሰረት ያደረገ፣ የአርሶ አደሩን ጉልበት በስፋት የሚጠቅም ፣ከሥነ-ምህዳር ጋር የተጣጣመ በዘመናዊ የግብርና ግብዓት እና ቴክኖሎጂ የሚደገፍ የኤክስቴንሽን አገልግሎት በመስጠት እና የግብርና ምርት እና ምርታማነትን በማሳደግ የክልሉን አርሶ አደር ከድህነት ህይወት በመሰረታዊነት በማላቀቅ በላቀ ደረጃ ተጠቃሚ ማድረግ፣
Based on integrated watershed development, in agro-ecological friendly manner, widely using the labour force of farmers; providing the extension services which is mainly characterized by modern agricultural inputs and maximize the benefits of farmers at a large extent.
